raining money: dorp money from sky
handful [n]: as much or as many as the hand will grasp
bills [ n ]: have to pay money that was receive before
to smash [ v ]: broken
spilled onto the road: drop something from top to road
to float [ v ] : above on air
to gather [ v ]: bring together, come together, focus
sirens [ adj ]: tempting
